[Biblemat] REQ: Info on differences between Christian Church & Disciples of Christ

Greetings brethren,
I am wrapping up my series of lessons on the history of the church.  I have one last request - Can anyone tell me what differences there are between the Disciples of Christ and The Christian Church denominations (if anything).  I know the restoration history (somewhat) and wikipedia lumps the two together.  Thanks in advance for your help.
