Do You Love The Truth Sufficiently?

I include myself in this important question;
Truth must be supreme in each of our lives!
A "love of the truth" is imperative for those;
Who are protected from deception and lies!
If we do not love the truth of Christ sufficiently, 
a strong delusion God promised we will receive;
We’ll be caused to believe "the lies" Satan tells;
By false teachers we will be totally deceived!
I must love truth more than I love my mother;
I must love the truth more than my father too;
Truth must mean more than any relationship;
I know this is a fact for Jesus said it was true!
I must love truth more than earthly possessions;
Although the Father knows I need some of these;
Still I must put Christ and His kingdom first;
Then God promises to supply all of our needs!
We are told we must be faithful "until death;"
That’s found in Revelation two and verse ten;
This also means even if this means our death;
We will hold on to the truth to the very end!
Jesus said, "the truth shall make you FREE;"
Truth must be believed, obeyed and walked in;
All of this is why we must love truth sufficiently!
Otherwise the truth will not benefit you and to me;
(Jno. 8:31-32; 2 Thess. 2:10-12; 3 Jno.1:4;
1 Pet. 1;22-25; 1 Tim. 2:1-4; Matt. 6:19-33;
Matt. 10:34-38; Lk 14:25-27; Rom. 6:16).
